Earnings and payouts
Use Earnings when you want a quick payout-related view. The seller nav label is Earnings; the underlying route is /payouts.
Treat dashboard earnings as an operational signal, then use Reports when you need the details behind orders, payments, deposits, and reconciliation.
How earnings are counted
An order counts toward your earnings as soon as the buyer pays, even if you have not marked it completed yet. Earnings include your delivery fees and exclude the buyer-facing service fee.
Refunds and lost disputes are subtracted automatically. A refund reduces the earnings of the period when the order was paid, so past weeks or months can adjust after you issue a refund.
The dashboard card shows the current calendar year. The Lifetime figure on Earnings covers everything you have ever earned and does not reset in January.
Read the Earnings page
Earnings is a summary surface, not a promise that money has already landed in your bank account. Deposits arrive on the payment provider’s schedule — use Reports to see what was actually deposited.
- 1Open Earnings from the seller navigation.
- 2Review the overview cards for the current payout-related summary.
- 3Use order detail or Reports when you need to trace a specific order, payment, deposit, refund, or dispute.
- 4Use Settings for payout account changes, tax document help, or legal payment-account updates.
Reports
Reports is the deeper review area. It includes Orders, Payment Reconciliation, and Deposit Exports, with Rainforest-powered payment and deposit reporting for active merchant accounts.
- Orders helps you review order history.
- Payment Reconciliation helps compare payment records.
- Deposit Exports help with payout and bank deposit records.
- Transaction Details shows provider-backed payment detail when available.
