Payments and payouts
Money questions usually depend on payment-account status and provider records, so use VibeKitchen surfaces to trace the specific order, payment, deposit, refund, or dispute.
- Where do I see payouts? Open Earnings for the summary and Reports for payment reconciliation, deposit exports, and transaction details.
- When will money land? Check the payment-account and reporting surfaces for provider-backed payout details; Help should not promise a fixed deposit time.
- Can buyers tip? Do not assume a tip flow is available unless it appears in checkout.
- Who pays service fees? Buyer-facing service fees appear during checkout; order detail separates your payout from buyer-facing fees and delivery fees.
Orders and buyers
Buyers use the public storefront and checkout flow. They do not need a VibeKitchen app or account to place an order.
- Can I edit an order after payment? Use the available order actions; if an action is not shown, that status does not support it from the seller order screen.
- Can I issue a partial refund? Use the refund flow shown for eligible completed orders and follow the fields available there.
- Where does buyer chat live? Order chat and inquiry threads live in Messages.
- What if email does not arrive? Use order status and chat history inside VibeKitchen as the source of truth.
Responsibility and local rules
VibeKitchen gives you ordering tools and research links. It does not decide what you are allowed to sell or replace local legal, tax, or food-safety guidance.
- Do I collect sales tax? Use your own local tax guidance; VibeKitchen Help should not be treated as tax advice.
- Does VibeKitchen approve my permits? No. Use State Guides and local sources as research starting points.
- Does payment setup guarantee approval? No. Rainforest reviews payment accounts through its own secure flow.
