Use the Dashboard
Understand the seller home screen: storefront prompts, mode cards, active listings, restock prompts, and what is coming up next.
What the Dashboard is for
Dashboard is the seller home screen. Use it as a daily launchpad: check storefront readiness, see active selling work, jump into a selling mode, restock a Ready Now item, or open the pickup work coming up today.
It is not the only place to manage the business. Use My Menu for reusable products, Listings for orderable items, Orders Queue for order work, and Earnings or Reports for money details.
Read the cards
Dashboard cards are meant to answer what to do next, not replace the deeper pages.
- Share Your Storefront appears when your storefront has a saved slug and can be copied or shared.
- Mode cards take you into Ready Now, Scheduled Batch, or Made to Order listing work.
- Restock prompts appear when Ready Now stock has run down and the listing can be replenished.
- Coming up previews point you toward pickup work that needs attention soon.
- Storefront or payment banners help explain why buyers may not be able to order yet.
Use it during the day
The dashboard is most useful when you treat it like a morning and midday check-in.
- 1Open Dashboard after signing in.
- 2Resolve any storefront, payment, or readiness banner before sharing links.
- 3Use the mode cards when you need to add or update what buyers can order.
- 4Use restock prompts only when you truly have more Ready Now stock to sell.
- 5Open Orders Queue or Pickup Board when incoming or upcoming orders need work.
