Use the Pickup Board

Pickup Board is for pickup work expected today. Delivery orders and pending orders stay in Orders Queue or order details, where they have the right context.

The board lists ready pickup orders only on web and in the app. It groups orders by confirmed pickup times, Scheduled Batch windows, Made to Order estimated ready times, or today labels when no specific time exists. Pending orders stay in Orders Queue and on the Dashboard.

Open the board when you are in pickup mode. Review the time groups, mark orders ready as food is packed, and complete orders after pickup is done.
