Menu and listings

Build your menu

Create the dishes buyers will recognize: photos, prices, descriptions, ingredients, allergens, and display order.

Products are your reusable menu items

A Product is the dish record you can come back to and reuse. It holds the title, price, description, images, allergens, ingredients, servings, dietary attributes, cuisine type, and optional stock capacity.

Creating a product gives you the menu item. Making it orderable happens when you create a Listing and choose how that item sells.

Keep product details buyer-ready

Buyers make decisions quickly, especially when they came from a message or social post. Clear photos, direct descriptions, accurate prices, and allergen details make the storefront easier to trust.

  • Use My Menu for product creation and edits.
  • Use menu ordering to control the order buyers see inside storefront sections.
  • Use listing controls to make a product orderable, sold out, or closed.

Create a product buyers can trust

A product record should answer the questions a buyer would normally ask before ordering from a message thread.

  1. 1Open My Menu and create a product.
  2. 2Add a clear title, price, and direct description.
  3. 3Upload one food photo that shows the actual item clearly.
  4. 4Drag the focal point so the important part of the photo stays centered. Your saved focal point is reused for every size — square, card, feed, and story — so you upload once instead of cropping per surface.
  5. 5Add ingredients, allergens, servings, dietary attributes, and cuisine type when they help buyers decide.
  6. 6Use menu ordering to place important products where buyers will notice them.
  7. 7Create a Listing when you are ready to make the product orderable.
