Menu and listings

Manage listings and stock

Manage your sellable listings and stock directly from My Menu: put products on the menu, switch modes, restock Ready Now items, and take items off the menu.

Products vs listings

My Menu is where reusable Products live, and it is also where you manage their Listings — the sellable versions buyers can order. There is no separate Listings page; everything happens on My Menu.

Ready Now listings depend most directly on stock on hand. Made to Order and Scheduled Batch listings rely more on prep time, daily caps, cutoff times, pickup windows, and capacity.

Managing listings from My Menu

Use the actions on each My Menu card to manage the selling state of items buyers can order, after a product has already been created.

  • Put on Menu makes a product orderable and lets you choose its selling mode.
  • Manage stock restocks a Ready Now listing when more finished food is available.
  • Switch mode changes how buyers order an item (Ready Now, Scheduled Batch, or Made to Order).
  • Take off menu when buyers should no longer order it; the product returns to a "Not listed" state and can be re-listed anytime.

Daily menu check

A short menu check prevents buyers from ordering food you cannot fulfill.

  1. 1Open My Menu from the seller navigation.
  2. 2Scan listed items for the ones you plan to sell today.
  3. 3For Ready Now items, use Manage stock to confirm the quantity reflects what is actually available.
  4. 4For Scheduled Batch items, confirm cutoff and pickup window still match the batch.
  5. 5For Made to Order items, confirm prep time, requested-date guidance, and daily cap still make sense.
  6. 6Take off menu or restock items before sharing the storefront link again.
