Menu and listings

Manage listings and inventory

Use Listings to see what is orderable, restock Ready Now items, close listings, and understand inventory beside your reusable products.

Products vs listings vs inventory

My Menu is where reusable Products live. Listings are the sellable versions of those products. The Listings page, shown in navigation as Listings and implemented as the inventory surface, helps you review what is currently orderable or needs attention.

Ready Now listings depend most directly on stock on hand. Made to Order and Scheduled Batch listings rely more on prep time, daily caps, cutoff times, pickup windows, and capacity.

When to use Listings

Use Listings when you need to manage the selling state of items buyers can order, especially after a product has already been created in My Menu.

  • Restock a Ready Now listing when more finished food is available.
  • Close a listing when buyers should no longer order it.
  • Review mode, stock, capacity, and pickup timing before sharing a storefront link.
  • Use My Menu when the reusable product details need editing.

Daily inventory check

A short inventory check prevents buyers from ordering food you cannot fulfill.

  1. 1Open Listings from the seller navigation.
  2. 2Scan active listings for the items you plan to sell today.
  3. 3For Ready Now items, confirm stock reflects what is actually available.
  4. 4For Scheduled Batch items, confirm cutoff and pickup window still match the batch.
  5. 5For Made to Order items, confirm prep time, requested-date guidance, and daily cap still make sense.
  6. 6Close or restock listings before sharing the storefront link again.
