Manage customers and exports
Use customer lists and exports without mixing order history with product-notification consent.
Two customer lists
Order Customers come from placed orders. Notify Me Contacts are separate contacts from buyers who asked to hear about product availability.
Keep those lists separate in your own follow-up. Someone who ordered from you is not automatically the same as someone who opted into product notifications.
Filtering and exports
Use Customers to search, filter by source or status, archive order-derived customers, and export the list currently on screen.
- Order Customers CSV includes order count, order IDs, fulfillment, last order, and hidden state.
- Notify Me CSV includes the consented product-notification contact fields.
