Getting started with VibeKitchen

See the simple path from setup to your first shareable storefront: profile, payments, menu, checkout, orders, and payouts.

How VibeKitchen fits together

VibeKitchen gives your food business a place to send buyers: your own storefront, a checkout flow, an order queue, customer records, and reporting tools. You still run the kitchen. VibeKitchen keeps the ordering details from scattering across texts and DMs.

You manage setup, products, listings, orders, messages, customers, earnings, reports, disputes, and settings from VibeKitchen. Buyers open your public storefront in a browser and can order without installing anything or creating a VibeKitchen account.

  • Storefront: the public page buyers open from your link.
  • Product: the reusable menu item, with its photo, price, description, ingredients, and allergens.
  • Listing: the orderable version of a product, with stock, pickup, delivery, timing, and capacity rules.
  • Order: the buyer purchase as it moves from payment to prep, ready, completion, cancellation, or refund.

The launch path

A clean launch usually follows the same path: finish onboarding, set up payments, add your storefront identity, create products, make them orderable, share the storefront link, then work through incoming orders.

  • Finish Profile, Storefront, Payment Account, and Terms during onboarding.
  • Preview the storefront before you turn it on for buyers.
  • Set pickup, delivery, and store hours in Settings.
  • Use My Menu for reusable products and Listings for sellable instances.
