Understand Notify Me contacts

Know where buyers opt in, how Notify Me contacts differ from order customers, and how to use the export responsibly.

Where buyers see Notify Me

Buyers can see Notify Me on storefront items that are not currently orderable, such as sold-out Ready Now listings. It gives interested buyers a way to leave contact information without placing an order.

Notify Me is not the same as an order and does not collect payment. Treat it as interest in future availability.

How to use the list

Notify Me contacts appear separately from Order Customers so consent stays clear. VibeKitchen gives you the contact list and export; it does not turn those contacts into an automatic campaign tool inside the Help Center flow.

  1. 1Open Customers.
  2. 2Switch to Notify Me Contacts.
  3. 3Filter or search the list if needed.
  4. 4Export Notify Me CSV when you need the consented product-notification contacts.
  5. 5Use the list only for the product-notification purpose the buyer opted into.

When to follow up

Follow up when the item is available again or when you are announcing a closely related drop. Keep the message specific and easy to opt out of in whatever tool you use outside VibeKitchen.
