Catalog content, listing reports, and takedowns

VibeKitchen does not allow illegal or recreational drug products, including products described with terms such as CBD, THC, cannabis, marijuana, or recreational-drug forms of hemp. Product titles, descriptions, and ingredients are checked when you create or edit a product.

If a save is blocked, revise the product text and try again. The message identifies the term that needs attention and does not penalize your account. Ordinary foods such as hemp seeds and hemp hearts are not blocked by the bare word hemp.

Buyers can open a listing detail page and choose Report this listing. They may add a short explanation before submitting. VibeKitchen saves a snapshot of the listing and product content so the report can still be reviewed if the seller later edits it.

The seller is not told who submitted a report. A report does not automatically remove the listing; it enters the regular moderation sweep for review.

When an operator confirms that a listing violates the rules, VibeKitchen takes the listing off the public storefront and records the action on the moderation report. The listing and its images are no longer publicly visible.

The seller sees the listing as removed for moderation rather than as an ordinary sold-out item. Do not republish the same content. If you believe the takedown was a mistake or need help making the item compliant, contact support@vibekitchen.net.

Product photos are not held for approval before publication. Buyers can report a listing because of its image, and a confirmed image violation is handled by taking down the listing through the same review process.
