These terms cover joining the VibeKitchen pre-launch waitlist. They are not a full Terms of Service for using the VibeKitchen product — the product is not yet available. A full Terms of Service will be published on this page before VibeKitchen becomes available for use, and will apply to everyone who signs up to use it.

Joining the waitlist doesn’t guarantee access

Submitting your email tells us you’re interested and lets us notify you when we launch in your state. It does not guarantee that you will be invited, that you will be invited in any particular order, or that VibeKitchen will launch in your state at all. We may launch in limited regions, in phases, or not at all.

You can leave the waitlist anytime

You can ask us to delete your waitlist record or unsubscribe from launch-related emails at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion or email hello@vibekitchen.net.

Use of this site

This site currently exists to describe VibeKitchen, explain cottage food law in each US state, and collect waitlist signups. You may read it, share links to it, and submit the waitlist form. You may not:

• Submit the waitlist form with an email address that isn’t yours.
• Automate submissions (scripts, bots, scraping).
• Attempt to disrupt the site or the waitlist API.
• Copy the site’s content wholesale and pass it off as your own.

State law information is not legal advice

The state-by-state cottage food law guides on this site are based on our research and are kept as current as we can. They are informational only and are not legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Laws change. Before you sell food, verify current requirements with your state or county agency or a qualified attorney.

We may update these terms

We may update these terms before launch. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above and, where practical, we will email people on the waitlist before the change takes effect. When the production Terms of Service is published, it replaces these pre-launch terms in full.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the state-law information is complete or accurate for your situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability arising out of your use of the waitlist site is limited to US $50.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where VibeKitchen is principally operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
