Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers our pre-launch waitlist. VibeKitchen is not yet available to the public, and the only personal information we collect today is what you voluntarily submit when you join the waitlist. A fuller privacy policy will be published before the product becomes available for use.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we store the following:

• Your email address.
• The timestamp of your submission.
• The page you submitted from (e.g., homepage hero, a specific state page).
• The US state code when you submit from a state-specific page.
• Your language preference (English or Spanish), based on which version of the site you used.
• The HTTP referrer header your browser sent.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, payment details, or any biometric or device-fingerprint data through the waitlist form.

Why we collect it

We use your email to notify you when VibeKitchen is ready for sellers in your state, and to occasionally share product updates related to launch. The page, state, and language fields help us understand where interest is strongest so we can launch in the right places first. We do not use this data for advertising profiles, lookalike audiences, or any third-party targeting.

Where it lives

Waitlist data is stored in Amazon DynamoDB in the United States, operated by Amazon Web Services on our behalf. AWS is a data processor under our account; they do not use or share the data outside of providing us infrastructure.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing services. The only third parties that see your waitlist record are the infrastructure providers we use to store it (AWS) and any email provider we use to send you the launch notice. We will update this page to name that email provider when we begin sending.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what we have on file for you.
• Delete your waitlist record.
• Stop emailing you.

To do any of those, email us at hello@vibekitchen.net with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set marketing or analytics cookies on this site at the time of this policy. Essential cookies required for basic site function may be used; any marketing or analytics tooling added in the future will be disclosed here before it goes live.

Children

VibeKitchen is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted the waitlist form, contact us at hello@vibekitchen.net and we will delete the record.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy before launch. If we make material changes — for example, adding a new kind of data collection, or changing where data is stored — we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where practical, email people on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
