Delete your VibeKitchen account

VibeKitchen is operated by Sillex Tech LLC, doing business as VibeKitchen. You can delete your account and personal data at any time using the steps below.

Delete your account in VibeKitchen

The fastest way, if you can still sign in:

1. In the mobile app, open Profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm.
2. On the web, open Settings, choose Delete Account, and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away. This action cannot be undone.

If you no longer have access to the app, submit your request below. We'll follow up to confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What we delete

• Your sign-in credentials — your login is permanently removed.
• Your profile information, including your profile and cover images.
• Your public storefront and its web address.
• Your menu: the items, listings, and food photos you uploaded.
• Personal details on your account record are erased (anonymized).

What we keep, and for how long

Minimized order, payment, tax, refund, dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, and audit records may be retained in anonymized form for the periods described in our Privacy Policy when needed for legal, financial, security, or operational obligations (for example, financial records are kept for up to seven years), after which they are removed. Item names and prices already recorded on past orders stay with those order records. Closed listing records are retained to support order adjustments. These records are not used to re-identify you.

Verifying it's you

To protect your account from unauthorized deletion, we confirm that you control the account before deleting it. For requests submitted above, we may ask you to confirm from the email address on file.
