Roadmap

What we are building

Selling food from home is the core we are building first. Cakes, Catering, and Meal prep are future modules we are planning on top of that core. This roadmap is directional — it shows the order we are thinking about, not a release calendar, and we do not promise specific dates. If a module matters to you, tell us, and it moves up.

Launches first

The core: sell food from home

This is what we are building first — the foundation every future module builds on.

  • Your own storefront and one shareable order link
  • Three selling modes: Ready Now, Scheduled Batch, and Made to Order
  • Orders, pickup windows, and optional local delivery
  • Per-order chat and new-order push alerts on the app
  • Card payments, with an exportable customer list that stays yours
  • Channel-native sales kits for Facebook Marketplace and Instagram

In the pipeline

Future modules

Each one adds tools tailored to a way of selling. They are not live yet and have no committed dates — your interest tells us what to build first.

Future module

Cakes & custom orders

Tools shaped around made-to-spec work — custom order forms, sizes and tiers, and deposits — so cake makers can quote and collect without the back-and-forth.

Future module

Catering

Bigger-headcount orders with package menus and event-date scheduling, built for catering jobs rather than single plates.

Future module

Meal prep

Weekly menus and recurring plans for meal-prep cooks who sell a subscription, not a one-off order.

Questions

About the roadmap

Can I sell cakes, catering, or meal prep on VibeKitchen?

You will be able to sell most of it with the core selling modes at launch — Ready Now, Scheduled Batch, and Made to Order — plus pickup or local delivery. Cakes, Catering, and Meal prep are future modules that add tools tailored to each (things like deposits, event dates, or recurring plans). They are directional, and we have not committed to release dates. Use “notify me” on a module to hear when it ships.

When will the future modules launch?

We are not promising specific dates. The roadmap shows the direction we are thinking, not a calendar. Telling us which module you want helps us decide what to build first.

How does “notify me” work?

Enter your email on a module and we record your interest for that specific vertical. You will get an email when there is news for it. It does not place an order or sign you up for anything else.
